OK....If you (MEN) cheated on your spouse, how would you try to convince your spouse she is the one you want to be with....Also, do you think you would ever cheat again....

I could not.
The one thing i could never do is cheat. If the wife caught me, that would be the end of everything with NO chance for restoration.
The problem is this: if she is the one I want to be with, why was i with another woman?

To start off with (and not putting blame in either court) I would look into myself first to see if there was something I did wrong that would make him/her feel the need to cheat. In a relationship there are 2 people and 2 different points of view. If after "REALLY" being honest with your answeres to yourself and a person can honestly say to themselves that they tried everything to make a relationship work. Then talk to the other person and get down to the reason why. This can take sometime because a person first reaction is to defend/lie to themselves as well as to others. Once you dig down thru all of the BS and find the true reason. Then and only then you can either except the reason why to either work on the relationship or to end the relationship. It takes 2 to build a life. the decison is yours and yours alone.

Really tough question. My answer is that If I were to cheat on my wife, assuming I'm still upright after she found out, I would be almost assured the relationship was over. There's almost no comeback for that bombshell. That being said, you show her you love. Talk is going to be pretty cheap at this point. You need to show that you care and be ready to take the verbal beating over the transgression over and over again, until you have shown her that you are there for her. I'm pretty sure that I wouldn't look to do it again, assuming my marriage survived the first affair.

I would do everything possible to convince her that i love and need her, even sleep outside the house until she takes me back,and i would never try it again,i don t think anyone would once he knows what he has to lose

He has told me everyday for six months. Just drop it and show it by your actions. Make date nights with her. Help her with supper. Ask her to shower with you. Show her that you want to be with her.
