absolutely NOT! I don't obey anyone! How old school. If you have a women who did this seems to have low self esteem and is afraid of making you mad that you;ll leave her. Shame on her! She needs to become more independent.

I have never told my husband anything other than I will not obey him. He is my husband, not my master. And I always want to please him. That's what happens to the best of women.

I know this is hard to believe but my husband doesn't expect me to obey him and he's never told me to do anything. He knows how to treat a woman ( any human being for that matter) and he ask.

yes I've gotten mad at my husband, but never told him that I was going to obey him. We work things out.
