No, Federal Law prohibits any conception from happening in the first 14 minutes and 59 seconds of intercourse because of a little-known legal ruling called the "Quarter Hour Pregnancy Amnesty Clause." Any eggs found getting fertilized before the 15 minute time slot is up may be subject to fines and incarceration; at the very least, they'll have to wear an ankle bracelet and report to parole officers.

Congratulations on the baby.

No matter how long, how fast or slow or how "much action" is involved, if you have sex without using a condom or another form of birth control, you're putting yourself at risk of getting pregnant. Period.

A man doesn't even have to ejaculate for a woman to get pregnant. In fact, the highest concentration of sperm is actually in the pre-ejaculatory drops in the semen released early on in a sexual encounter.

BOTTOM LINE: If you don't want to get pregnant or contract an STD, it's your responsibility to protect yourself by talking to a doctor about contraception options and using condoms every time.

Um...Yeah! Pre-ejaculation has more sperm than the actual ejaculate. Pre-ejaculation can occur anytime, sometimes even before or just after "it" is put inside a vagina. Best bet if you do not want to get pregnant. Get on the shot, the pill, or just use a rubber! BTW...Your chances of getting pregnant from pulling out...95%. Doesn't lower the risk at all really...USE A RUBBER! OR JUST STOP HAVING SEX!

If you have to ask a question like that then you shouldn't even be having sex. You sound way to young. But to give you an answer, YES YOU CAN. You can get pregnant if someone even had sperm on their finger and stuck their finger inside you.

For the love of god please kids stop having sex if you know nothing about it.

Slow sex doesn't lower your chances of getting pregnant LOL!!!! Thats hilarious. But yeah I guess not everyone know everything there is to know about getting knocked up. But yeah if they are any fluids exchanged such as even pre-*** you can get pregnant. Just take a test they don't cost alot and its really good to know. Until you know don't stress it.

Where in your sexual education did anyone say there was a time limit on sex for getting pregnant? Of course you could get pregnant. Anytime there is sex, especially unprotected, there is a risk of pregnancy. The man does not have to ejaculate, or finish, for you to get pregnant. During sex, pre-ejaculate is released and it contains sperm...it only takes one! Best of luck.

You can get pregnant anytime you have unprotected sex. It doesn't matter what kind of sex you have or what positions you use anything. If you are ovulating you can get pregnant. Sperm lives inside a female for 3-7 days after sex so conception can occur anytime.

Yes of course you can because a mans penis can leak sperm when hes excited at any point during sex, it only takes a little dribble for you to get pregnant.

Unfortunately you can get pregnant if he just starts to enter you and there is no other action. It would be nice if it was harder to get pregnant, but for most women it is very easy. There have even been cases of women getting pregnant with no penetration.
