i took the starter off and replaced it that did not work i put the key in the ignition everything turns on just where it would normally turn the starter or something it just does nothing i was pretty mad about waisting 200 dollars on a starter

Have your battery checked, it's possible to have enough juice to power your lights and accessories, but not crank the engine and also check your starter solenoid.

Most likely was not the starter, have someone jump it if it starts it is the battery, of not could be the seleniod not kicking in to the starter.
