The specs for this bike says:

-size 71 x 19 x 35 Inches seat height 30 Inches-

and they say its compared to the look of a GSXR which it kind of does but is it the same size or smaller than a GSXR? Being a 125cc can I expect it to really go 65+ mph?

And if it really is full sized bike in the state of PA what would I need to drive it on the street... would I need a motorcycle license?

Here's some pictures,,,
thats about an avg sized teenager I'd estimate about
5' 9~10"

The 50" wheelbase is "Small Full-Size Bike" size.
Avg for 1970's~80's 90cc~100 bikes

60~65mph is about right

This one claims 50mph with a 5sp box.
That sounds to be like it's got a rev limiter in place

Any "Jap Design" 125cc 4stroke should do at least 60~65.
Generally speaking.

Nice Looking Bikes,,and sounds like they have all the stuff.
Easy to see the appeal.

On the OTHERHAND,,,
Read Jim's answer,,3 Times,Out Loud,,,lol.
He's given you a very wise opinion.
Heck,,it's more of a Fact & Experience than opinion.

At this point in the history of Chinese Bikes entering world mkt,,,
they aren't suitable for 'everybody".

The problems and hassles that can happen with buying bikes "mail order",,and off-brand bikes can be worse that you can imagine

It's not that they're Bad,,
it's that the Support,,,Parts/Service can make owning them a nightmare

Over the years I've known a BUNCH of people who bought Name Brand,Popular Established bikes,,,but who lived 50~100 miles from closest dealer.
And even THAT was a Bigger Problem & Nuisance than they ever imagined

For a Very Experienced Person who is capable of doing their own work,,,and making/adapting/modding/"hand fitting" parts..
It wouldnt be so bad.
Plus such a person would be Fully aware of what they were getting in to.

For an average person who wants to just RIDE with no unusual Hassles or expenses,,,
It's by far Best to stick with "Name Brand Bikes" with a Established Dealer conveniently located.

Sounds "ugly" of me to say it,,,but in next 6~12 months those bikes will be available used from people who are sick of dealing with the difficulties of owning them.
Resale value will be Terrible,no doubt.

5~10 years from now,,I beleive the Chinese will be mainstream, established brands.

I well remember one joke -of-a-bike,,,
a lil Cheap Junk Import that nobody wanted, and everybody laughed at.
Looong time ago,,,but they still have a website.
www.Honda.com

Things Changed.

Chinese Imports are just still Too Young in N.America to make them widely suitable for Anybody.

That Too will change

If it will pass your states inspection, it will be street legal.
High-low beam headlight
Tail light
F&R brake light
Turn signals
Horn
Mirrors
F&R brakes
DOT street legal tires
According to the promo - it's legal in 49 states.
You would need a motorcycle license, it must be registered (license plate) and insured, to opperate it on public roads.
I would say 65 is the top speed without a head wind.
I can't tell the size of it from those pictures.
Go to any motorcycle dealership and look at the bikes with 16" wheels, to get an idea of the size of the bike.
Be prepaired to get hosed buying something of value through the mail.
You won't be able to buy parts for it, execpt at an authorised dealer of that brand.
Have you seen any nearby?
Next, there won't be anyone that repais that brand, except an authorised dealer.
Have you seen any nearby?
I've head a lot of horror stories of people buying bikes through the mail.
What will you do if the motor siezed because you forgot to add oil to the gas and that company went out of business?
You're SOL

It's another rip off from china. They say it will do 50 out of the box and 65 depending on weight, tuning, ect. By tuning they mean if you spend a lot of dough and have the experiance to hop up this little pup. You'll be lucky if it does 50 and yes you will need a motorcycle license, plates, ect., to drive it. If you have a 20mph head wind I wonder if it will do 40. Sorry!
