It depends on how literate that person is. If they mean it literally, then no. It would mean that you're their last stop - everyone else is first. If they meant to say that when they're down, you're the person they can count on to cheer them up, then yes.

But they should learn to be more articulate.

No. So very NO! Personally, I'd better be called BEFORE the situation gets desperate. However, I agree that at least they thought of you...even if they thought of your last.

LMAO~ its sorta like saying, well since your the last person on earth besides myself, i guess we should hook up~you did nothing to deserve the 'compliment' other than being available when nobody else was~

you should 'compliment' him right back with a swift knee to the groin ~

I think that they are saying that you are at the bottom of their list.....does not sound like a compliment to me.....but then again they don't even call me when they are desperate.....:(

No, to be complimented would be that when times are good, bad, so-so, in a rut, over the top, unsure, fabulous, desperate, hopeless, ecstatic, you are my first thought.

Uhmmm i dont think so i would think that that means that if they need something really bad that you will be the last person that they would get at if they want it. So no.

It's a back handed compliment.........It's like saying you're the only one left so I guess you'll do.

No, but maybe if they were a friend. I think it really depends on the situation.

No because I would think that my opinion is the least important to that person.
