Don't wait for your bf to be around .either do as em x says and call NHS direct (you can do this through your TV if you have sky) or get yourself checked out at A&E . Im sure he would rather get the call to say he is going to be a dad alls well than to come home in the morning with a test to find you very poorly or worse. It only takes 1 time of unprotected sex to fall for a baby. You have said you could be pregnent . it could be ectopic if the baby is developing outside the womb it needs investegating NOW. It could be a threatening miscarrage I have had 4 children and have 8 grandchildren and I can not remember any pain as bad as you report or my daughters saying they did either. Please get checked out call your bf out of work if you want but dont leave it it is better to over react than leave it too long.

may well be a miscarriage, they say many women folk never even understand they miscarried as a results of fact they assume the cramping is purely huge-unfold era pains, yet another element you will desire to hunt for while you're having a miscarriage is tissue or what appears like tissue and perhaps call a dr, perhaps they are in a position to furnish you a good dose of ibuprophen or some thing, good success.

when a period is delayed the pain is worse than normal there is nothing you can do about it but nothing to worry as well it is definitely not pregnancy. possible you might have missed a pregnancy.

Phone NHS Direct 08454647 - they will go through a number of questions with you to best estabish what it might be. If you are in a lot of pain I reallywould recomment it, even if just for our peace of mind.
