The best friends you can ever have are your closest relative, my mom is my best friend and I love it, she lives in a different country but we talk daily.
Life will teach you that friends come and go, you can get lucky if you find just one to be good and someone that can understand you.
About being popular, It really doesn't matter, in the end it is just superficial and you may attract the wrong kind of people. Just be yourself, don't worry about the rest, worry about improving yourself to be a better person and a better human.
You will be popular for your actions and for the good things you do not for the amount of friends you have!!

I personally didnt have very many close frriends in High school, but was nice to everyone I ment no matter the group they were in. I was Homecoming queen, Prom Queen, Pres of the class and so much more. I didnt try to Fit in or be Popular, being nice to everyone, saying hey when i say them. People knew me and i didnt have to kiss their butt to make them like me. if you believe that you need to be popular, you already fail. Dont be a snot or thrive to be better than anyone else, youre not. Treat everyone as an equal.

I mean You do not half to have a lot of friend I mean some people have only 2 or 3 but some hsve like20 or 30 so how ever many you are comfortable with!

Well the group I hang out with at school has about 30 people in it and we are considered the losers but the ones who are """""""popular""""""" have about 12 in their group, so it doesn't really matter I guess as long as there is more than just you.

psh what a silly question, popular is merely a word who cares how people throw it at you i say that there is never too many friends, and what does it matter if you are popular, there are too many different ways to describe it and you will never not be popular be it with people, bugs, grils, guys anything

You can be friends with as many ppl as you want, alot of ppl aren't popular even tho they have alot of friends, Just don't act stuck up and be rude to other ppl if you are polite, respectful and sweet, then you are alrite

It's not how many friends you have.....it's the quality of those friendships.
A good friend will come bail you out of jail at 2 a.m. A GREAT friend will be sitting there beside you saying "we really screwed up THIS time."

even one trustworthy pal could change ur whole life so better stop countin the number of friends that u have start going towards serious intimate relstionship with each pal!!!popularity is what that comes even if u dont want dont focus too much as it may ruin ur life!!!!
