I agree with I Don't Know Margo..LADY ELAINE from Mr. Rogers!! This puppet was supposed to be a female, but it looked like a male, and the voice was even more disturbing!! It is probably why so many people grew up with gender identity issues!!! God, it is just creepy! That, and the postman from Mr. Rogers. I think he was the inspiration for Matt Groening to create Ned Flanders...(just joking)

Lady Elaine on Mr. Rogers or almost any of the puppets on that show what was up with the creepy plastic heads and bright shiny cheeks makes me shudder to think of them.
