When i asked this mechanic at a garage in cornwall, what is wrong with my car, he replied, in a broad cornish accent, "It sounds like a burst ar$e!" I found this very helpful.
Has anyone else ever been given an answer to a question that they never expected?

hey there stud muffin! yes i have once i asked my cousin where her spot (or position) was in our cheer routine.... her reply was " Spot what??" ..... What a dtiz! lol

This is a bad example, and I have no idea how this got remembered but..
When I was about 8, my brother made turkey shaped napkin holders for Thankgiving. I had this obsession with naming inanimate objects, and I asked my dad what he was going to name his. He usually named things like Bob or Joe, and he goes, "Danielle." So I'm like 'Whaaaat?'
So, yeah...

Yes and there is that kind of person who totally takes the question in a whole different direction and it can begin to make you feel stupid...LOL Or the kind of people who heard your question fine but then tell you their life story while answering you question. AHHHHHH!!

My doctor asked me if I was sexually active. I told him "no. I just lay there". LOL! The look on his face was priceless!
