Remember this.
You get what you think about the most and the speed with which you get it is in direct proportion to how much you think about it.

by achieving smaller goals that lead up to the large goal. Achieving small goals, gives us confidence as we progress from one to the next.... each a stepping stone.
When you look back at the path you've done, you'll see that it was a series of small steps, instead of one large leap. When looking at a large goal, it's easy to be doubtful, but when you plan and achieve the small steps that take you to that high lofty goal, you develop confidence in what you can do.

I find it hard to believe in myself but the truth is if we just take a few moments to try and build up our self-esteem we may be able to achieve things we never knew we could achieve, all I'm suggesting is for you to think of the things you have achieved and/or things you have succeeded at and that will be your push to fulfil future goals.

Why does everyone these days think they have to "believe" in themselves? It's as though people are all frozen up and unable to progress unless they "believe" in themselves BEFORE the test, before the challenge. Such silliness. Think about it. We set a goal. The goal is over THERE. We are over HERE. To get from here to there, just GO. Blunder, fumble, stumble, sputter, spit and fall down ten million times. But, just GO. Who CARES how you get there? If you think that you have to "believe" in yourself first, that you have to be perfect and calm and flawless and never break a sweat or make a fool of yourself BEFORE you just GO, you will NEVER reach your goals. Not even one. Is that how you want your life to be like, no bloodied knees . . .but no goals reached? It's a scramble to reach one goal after another, to accumulate them like feathers in our hats. We come to believe in ourselves not in how seldom we FAIL, but in how often we reach our goals. That is the way we truly come to believe in ourselves.

i always set some short term goals and a long term goal and every few months i reasses myself so i keep myself on track. sometimes i decide to do away with goal.
WHEN YOU ACCOMPLISH THINGS YOU GAIN CONFIDENCE. I do away with things that are getting in the way or causing me harm. I've learned that sometimes I fail at things but it keeps me trying if i really want to accomplish something.

Don't listen to others opinions on how you should be unless that person is 110% PERFECT. It's what YOU think about yourself.
