How do you create a MySpace link which you don't have to click but just to rollover takes you somewhere?

It cannot use Java! There must be one!

The only way I can think of is to use OnMouseOver Javascript or Flash.

It would HAVE to use javascript, there's no other way. You could use inline javascript though:

mouseover

I just tried it in my browser, works just fine.
