Do you Think cyclists should get a license? or at the very least take a course to learn the rules of the road from a driver’s perspective?

If they are going to be on the roads, they should be licensed taxed and required to display tags. They should also be required to carry insurance!!

The states should make the roads wider and/or put in special cycling lanes to keep cycle traffic out of the roads. Also the states should make sure to upkeep sidewalks to keep them in good repair so the cyclists have to ride in the street less.

Oh yes defiantly. There have been several fatalities in my area due to drivers and cyclist negligence.

Not a license but maybe a safety class with learning signs and stuff will be good.
