oh so i have tried to use tampons, but its just not working. i play many sports too so i would like to wear them... i just cant get then in!!!! i need help!!! suggestions?

not being able to find the **hole is the main problem in using tampon. you should try to put them in after you have urinated so that the tampon will be easier to slip in. you should draw an imaginary line from ur butt till you get past your back hole (otherwise known as pee pee hole. tampon hole. back hole) then you just shoot it in. but the instructions on the tampon cover is really specific and correct. **you should use tampax pearl. it is the best tampon ever! goodluck ^^

I guess you are quite young? Firstly, you have to be totally relaxed about inserting the things - and make sure you use the minimum absorbancy you can get away with - try a few different brands (some are easier than others) - and read the leaflets in the packs (they give two or three positions to try whilst putting them in). Seriously, the most important thing is relaxation - maybe try a day into your period so that its easier.

First of all, you will need to relax before trying to insert a tampon. Next, select the smallest size available. Something else that may help, is to use a small amount of lubrication on the tampon, such as ( ky-jelly, vaseline, etc...) Follow the insertion instructions carefully, and remember to relax.

I have trouble with the applicator ones, but not the OB non applicators, because it allows you to position it with your fingers.
You've got to relax your muscles though - try laying down if that is more comfortable. Some lubricant might help as well.

O dear I had the same problem for the longest time, and suddenly I was like wow it worked lol. SO.... I know this sounds weird but I had to lay on the floor to do it the first few times. Try that...?

Maybe try a smaller size..Platex Pearl I think has a smaller size for younger girls just starting their periods...talk to you r Mom about it maybe she can give you some advise. Good Luck!

u need to try to relax and maybe putting one foot on the toilet will help... but if that doesnt work then u should get some of the slender ones.

um, go to beingirl.com they have a video (that's appropriate) on how to put tampon in the correct way. Maybe you just didn't put it in the right way.
