I'd rather build a franchise around Brady because he can turn anyone into 1000 yd. receivers. Look at Branch, Givens, Brown, that guy from the texans... seriously, he gets the ball to everyone and is calm under pressure. He's the leader that can pick apart any D.
Although Peyton has a much better arm, look at his receivers: Harrison, Wayne, Stokley (now Gonzalez), Pollard (now Clark) James (now Addai) He's always been surrounded by really talented players. Tom Brady had barely anyone to work with last season...

As a Patriots fan and a huge Tom Brady fan...I'd still take Peyton Manning if you gave me the choice. Although if salary and team structure come into play, then I may change my mind. For instance, if I had a horrible O-Line, I'd probably take Brady since Manning is not a good mobile QB. Or if I needed to get under the salary cap fast, give me Brady's lower salary and almost as good production.

Tom Brady, 3 SBs
Payton Manning 1 SB
Stats are nice but they mean nothing compared to winning so until Manning gets 2 more rings Brady is the QB I would rather have

i would say Peyton..he has skills ..he is the only qb who make make his signals and number thing work..a lot of qb's like brady who tried it.. did not work for them so yea.. peyton.. he got the colts to win against the patriots last season even though colts were down 21-6 at the start of the 3 rd quarter.. and colts won that game last season .. so brady could not take the heat i guess.. peyton stepped up..go peyton! and go colts!

Peyton he is the best QB in the NFL right now, we all know that Brady has more rings, but he doesnt have the talent the Peyton does.

I would take either, but if I had to make a choice, I would go with Brady. Brady seems to always get it done, even when he has very little other talent to work with. I am not sure if it is Brady's ability or the Patriot's system, but that team always seems to be pretty good.

Brady hands down. Best under-pressure QB since Joe Montana. The guy is amazing. Also, plays with a bunch of nobodies so I think that makes him better.

Peyton. He had further to go when he inherited his team than Brady did.
