Fuller Bust Body: Scoop and square necklines enhance bust lines. Widely spaced straps dimish a busty figure. Strapless dresses are another possibility, but could go either way. Remember, support will be an issue. If you see your bust as your best physical trait then a dress that draws the eye to your bust line is best.
FULL BUST
semi-fitted style with an open neckline.
WHY YOU WANT IT Lengthens your neckline and draws the eye up to the face with very vertical V-necks and sweetheart necklines
If you want to keep it under $200 I would say find a designer you like and locate an outlet center for them. For example, popular prom and wedding dress designer Jessica McClintock has a outlet across from the Brea mall. I hope this helps.

Check out the sales racks at the nicer department stores. You will be able to pick up a quality dress for the best price. Since you are part of the family, find out what the color scheme is for the wedding and perhaps choose a dress that matches that shade. If you wish to wear it for other occasions, opt for something classical and simple. Since the wedding is in the fall, strapless won't be an issue. If what you pick out is not modest enough up top for you, wear a beautiful light shawl or a shrug (they are light and cover the shoulders, back and upper arms).

For bosomy women - Try a wrapdress, princess seams, sheath, or sundress. Avoid tight dresses or full skirts, and large patterns. Flowy skirt and sweetheart/halter/spaghetti straps should look great.
Length should correspond with formality of wedding - afternoon, evening? tuxes/suits?
Color should not be white, black, or the wedding party's colors. [ lots of others will wear black - be different and wear a color that flatters your face ].

i think that you should rather get a 'little-black-dress' or a summery dress.
try this black one:

^i think it would make you look less top-heavy.
