I have been living with my daughter in Hawaii and am using a Dell printer which is out of ink. Will online vendors be able to ship some cartridges to Hawaii?

I don't see why not. Shipping might be slightly higher. Wouldn't it just be easier, and quicker, to go a local Staples, Walmart, or Target and get the cartridges there?

Hi,

Yes they can, I’m pretty sure.

I am from hawaii too and the vendor I purchase from has been shipping discount printer cartridges and office supplies to me for over 6 years now.

Umm.. its reasonable fast but its only for the orders over $45 Orders. So do not worry. Check out their site yourself:

That's what UPS is for. Just order them. Or order them standard shipment which is cheaper. Hawaii is still a state and as long as the shipment is from one state to another yes.
