What is the point of being alive. I don't want to be alive anymore. I want to die, and find out what happens after we die.

I don't want to live anymore, I just don't.want to live. I hate life. I just want to rest in peace, and find out what happens after we die.

What is going to happen after we die.

Im will never tell anyone that i dont know not to end their life--it isnt for me to do so. I think about this same thing every day--things are hard for me now too. The only thing that keeps me alive is my cat, and my friends, the few I have. It would be selfish for me to take my own life, truly. Also, what would happen to my cat?
I live on because I have hope, and death is non-consciousness-doesnt sound fun to me at all. If things get too bad i might, but for now I still have hope. By writing such a thing, you show you have doubts. You're looking for answers.
My only answer is to find things, cheap things, fun things, to give life meaning. You dont have to spend alot of money to make life worth living (however many people do think this). i also find vengance a wothy thing to live for. Do you want your enemies to know you gave up? I dont, I want to rub my success in their rotten little faces................nice huh?
Death doesn seem like sich a great thing to me.............never has.

Please go get some help -- this is a decision that is irreversable.

The point of life is whatever you make it. To me, it is about finding fulfillment through my connections with other people and through improving the opportunities for other people.

Nobody knows for sure what happens after you die -- could be the heaven / hell thing or you might just rot in the ground. I can tell you that nobody says good things happen if you commit suicide....

First, PLEASE talk to your doctor immediately.
Living with depression is a dangerous thing. Rule out or handle depression FIRST.
Personally, I like to look at life as the ultimate game.
It is a serious game but it has all the elements of a game.
Winning is surviving and being happy about it.
It is a very serious game.
As with all games there are rules.
Violate them and you will end up punished, maybe in the penalty box (jail).
There are rewards, there are barriers (problems) and there are gaols.
You get to choose your goals and often get to choose your problems. (You can just ignore some. You can "NOT PLAY" with those that are best avoided, such as violent people.)
You can choose your playing field and work your way up to better playing fields.
Find the game that suits you and have fun.

firstly. there are 30 to 50 million species of life on this planet, Homo Sapiens being just one specimen. As for a hard life, its all a question of mental attitude to life. Just let everything go over your head. Good follows bad and vice-versa, the natural law of opposites, one cant exist without the other so whats the point in worrying about anything.

humans evolved because there were some answers that nature could not understand through other life forms that existed.... Life has become hard because the evolution of our species was intercepted by religions and superstitions, now we have to go back and recapture the place that nature has set out for us.

As far as what happens when we die, our bodies are made to feed the bugs and plant life... Our BODY is our life, once that is done with there is nothing else....

The point of living is to live; to experience, to explore, to find. Death comes whether you rush it or not. Given you only have one chance at living and dying, there is no point in rushing.

You need to seek advice. It may or may not be a counselor, a friend, a cleric. Find someone, as soon as you can, and seek help to find out why you want to die. If you let this languish, you will cut your life short. Seek help as soon as you can.

DJ--I agree with that other guy, that answer is on the way so why rush it. i'd say, go explore the earth. Pick a place on the globe and do whatever it takes to get there and live there for a year. No matter what. Get a map of the earth and throw a dart. Get a map of that country and throw another dart. Then try your hardest to go there.

I've got my place to go...

No one is deprived the opportunity to die. I would use your life to learn all you can about the God that created everything. He sent His Son to die as payment for our sins. The catch - not everyone is covered by this gracious offer. Only those who trust Him for their salvation. Start reading God's Word and get into a Bible believing church that teaches salvation by Grace (you know we can't DO anything to please God) we can only believe what He says. Grace and Peace to you!
