I think sex is disguisting and unhealthful. Why do people like it?

Because they see it as a way to express love for their partner and it is pleasurable. Most people feel this way, but you are right as well...it does have it's risks.

Because sex is the most effective and emotional and spiritual way to express your love and desire to someone that you care about or are attracted to. Sex opens up doors inside of you that you cannot feel anywhere else. Sex can turn your body inside out, move it backwards and forwards and carry you into a sweet abyss of ecstacy. Sex is the beginning of every natural feeling on this earth. It can make you cry, make you scream, and make you feel so powerful and so helpless at the same time. People are so fond of sex because sex is food; it fuels our every move, our every thought, our entire being. Sex...is...amazing...

Because it is a natural act that our bodies are hard wired to pursue in order to propagate the species.
I am sorry that you think it disgusting. I hope that you will find the right person who will help you learn that it can one the best ways that two people who care about each other show their love and tenderness. Kissing alone is reason enough to give sex another chance.

are you kidding? Its amazing if done right...and its good for you...its another way to show someone how you feel about them...and it relieves stress...nothing wrong or unhealthful with that..

There is something called safe sex. If you maintain good hygiene, it is healthy too. Coming to why people are so fond of it, well, it is pleasurable, and is therapeutic (good sex is known to decrease stress levels).
