Try posting a personal ad in the paper. It sounds like you're describing a possible romantic situation. Describe her and where and when you saw her, and say that you simply must meet her. Give her a non-threatening way to contact you, like an e-mail address. Be careful, though. There are a lot of nuts out there and you might hear from one of them!
