i know there's was different sizes but womens jeans don't have the extra room in front and I find it a bit herd to belive that any guy would but a pear because they fit better. I read online about tucking so i know this is at lest one way they can wear girls/womens jeans

Guys can wear girls pants just like girls do. Yeah, sometimes it's uncomfortable because everythings so tight and packed up, but it's the price you pay to look HAWT. Lol. Plus, like Diane said, "tucking" solves the comfort problem right then and there. AND I've worn miniskirts before, and no, my stuff doesn't hang out for everyone to see. I just wear undies that keep everything secure and out of sight, you know? Lol.
Btw, I'm not a cross dresser on a daily basis, this is just stuff I've learned from occasional experiences. Loves,

You're 19? (guessing so, because of your screen name) Well, in the 70's and also the 80's it was common for Men (hetero, especially) to wear VERY tight pants (pants without extra"room" in front...) Google some old pics. Hetero men prominently displayed "what they got" as well as gay men, cuz they were all wearing them, much to the delight/chagrin of male and female onlookers...
This trend created bulges of all different sizes. Some displayed their packages lying next to their leg...some, I've heard from some hetero guys, actually displayed rolled socks, which gave the illusion of length...
Either way, it's apparently a revolving door style, that comes back every so often...

Well women's clothes do come in different sizes.

But a recent trend I heard about over here is about men who aren't crossdressers buying women's jeans because they fit better. Men's jeans are just too baggy for them, so they just go and buy women's.

It's the same thing, only a slightly different cut.

You have never seen some of these cross dresser. Some of them if you did know they were men would think they were tall women. There was a beauty contest for men cross dressers, they wore bikinis. Some had had sex change and others had not, you saw nothing. I'll say no more.
