lol As a kid even I thought of that. Really a stupid idea. What about her golden lasso that sparkled? I asked my dad, he said ask my mom. Never got an answer.

Three things:
1. You try to spot a 130 pound speck in the sky going at supersonic speeds and then try to stop it. Lot harder to pin down than tons of visible jet plane.
2. Little surface area for radar to detect.
3. Easily hidden when on the ground.
I'd say that pretty much any government will make you a billionaire if you can figure out how to make one of these.

the shock of seeing a person in a seated position cruising through the sky at jet speeds would freak everyone out... not to mention if its invisible, it's never detected on radar. yeah.
