hi i'm going to six flags wednesday, my periods usually last five days, this is day 3 and i dont want to have it on wednesday, i dont take birth control but do you have any other options thank you soooo much...jordan

Not much that you can do really...But staying active and nice hot showers ease the cramps a bit and sometimes seem to hurry it along!!! Good Luck!

There isn't really anything you can do about stopping it. It is just going to stop when it's ready. Sorry. If you do want to control how many days you get it, ask your doctor about birth control. It regulates your period to where it is only five days once a month.

Chances are it will be very light since it will be the last day of your period. Wear a light tampon. There is nothing you can do to make it go away before then.

sorry but you won't be able to swim unless you use a tampon. thats my only advice. You can't control your cycle. It has a mind of its own. So either use a tampon or stay out of the water and enjoy the rest of the park.

wear a tampon, u can get wet and do anything u want without having to worry bout spotting or running to the bathroom, you'll forget bout it....thats what i do, i live in FL i go to the beach all the time, it hasn't been a problem

i have mine for 5 days too but on your 5th day dont you get lighter well if not ur out of luck..SORRY but u can still go idf ur talking about water then wear a tampon

Use a tampon!!! If u have never used them here's a site w/ info:http://www.youngwomenshealth.org/tampon.html check it out. I can do ANY activity when I use tampons. They r great!
