Shaun Alexander for sure.but for only one more reason.Shaun has why more expirence the then LT. LT has only been in the NFL for 2 years, and Shaun for 7. nothing against LT though he is an awesome player and i can see both Shaun Alexander and Ladanian Tomlinson in the Hall of Fame some day

Tomlinson in a heartbeat. He's faster, quicker, has better footwork, better vision and can catch just as well out if the backfield as Alexander can. I don't see any upside to taking Alexander over LT. I'd take LJ, Frank Gore and steven Jackson before Alexander also.

LaDanian Tomlinson all the way. Alexander is on the decline. His body is starting to fall apart piece by piece.

Ladanian Tomlinson cause he's younger and has already broke the touchdowns in a season record.

without a doubt LT... he has the better O-line and shaun is still having some health problems (this coming from a huge seahawks fan). if you arent happy with LT, alot of people are huge on Larry Johnson, Steven Jackson, and Joseph Addai to name a few. If it was me, I would go with LT since he also gets solid receptions

I would take LT for the yardage and the TD's plus I like to root against Seattle so it'd be tough pulling for Alexander every week.

Neither, the best foundation for any team would be to build solid OL and DL. A great OL will make even an average back look great. Take a great back, give him a poor OL and he'll do little.

If I had a good line I would take Alexander because of his ability to get into the end zone. If my line was average at best, its a no brain-er LT IS THE MAN!!

LT stays healthy and has more yards from scrimmage, hands down. He can rush for yards and scores and catches the ball out of the backfield!!!
