Makeno mistake about it, the NBA has 3 teams that have a legitimate shot at winning a championship. It's the Spurs, Mavericks, and Suns world, and the rest of the NBA is just living in it.
The Mavericks are furious and embaressed. They will come back hard. The Suns ow have a personal hatred of the Spurs and will come hard every night against them. The Spurs were not the best team in the West this year, not even the second best, but through bending the rules and getting rediculously lucky to play the Cavaliers in the finals, they won.
The Suns will win it, but it could just as easily go to the Mavericks. Next year, the Spurs will have injuries and potentially retirements of Bowen and Horry (38 years old each) Duncan will soon retire, and just the talk of Duncaqn leaving will be a distraction. Every NBA fan now dislikes the Spurs, so it's them agaisnt the world.
Suns over Bulls in 6 games. Mavericks and Cavaliers will be in the semis.

To win the Nba title, a team must possess teamwork, great defense, and hardworking player and my answer for you who will have all of this in 2008 will be the Golden State warriors. They showed how hard they can play by knocking off the Mavericks this year, and if they can acquire a good big man in this years draft there a lock for the finals.

The Phoenix Suns. Their going to reload and blast to the NBA Finals. The Suns might get either Grant Hill or Rashard Lewis in free agency, which could be good for them.

San Antonio because they have something to prove. They have 4 titles but they have yet to repeat. This is something they must to do be considered one of the best franchises in NBA history. Until I see a major offseason move from a contender, I have to give the Spurs the benefit of the doubt, and make them favorites to win it again.

I think the Cavs or the Bulls. Cavs had pretty close games this year against San Antonio even without finals experience.
