I don't think a judge or jury would find a girl responsible for any such behavior . Unfortunately such things happen so much more often then some realize . I myself have known several which experienced such horrible treatment and it sticks with them and it's a difficult thing to put behind you. My own mother and an aunt experienced much similar treatment at the hands of a terrible twisted individual. If I were on the jury I would side with the victim and have the boy put in detention for an extended period because that definitely is deviant behavior any way I see it . I used to make deliveries to a women's shelter that housed abused ladies and I know of the mental anguish and damage this can cause. You are so totally not responsible in any way what so ever .

No 4yo should ever be held responsible for something like this. Whether the molester is 14 or 40, they should know better, period. Children do not deserve to be molested, nor can they seduce someone, that would be in the molester's sick imagination.

It was not your fault nor the fault of any child who is abused in this way. Just put your feet in the attacker's frame of mind and see how he will say anything to deflect blame off of himself or herself onto the victim.

Even if a child has developed a seductive attitude, the child is still not at fault because the perpetrator is the one who decides to follow through with his temptation and the child needs to get psychological help.

First off..thats disgusting.
How would a four year old seduce the murderer?
The 14 year old molestor should know it was wrong to do that to a 4 year old. The child probably didnt know it was wrong since it happened for 14 years..or else was scared to say anything.

Actually I've been on 2 jurys for similar cases. And both children were very very young. I would have given a guilty vote, but both times the defendant put in a guilty plea at the absolute last second.

I would act like a total loon so they would have to excuse me. I have a 4 year old and could not take it. Sorry, can't do it. I used to work within the corrections system and can't handle that stuff at all anymore.

That is retarded. It is NOT the 4 year old's fault. A fourteen year old knows A LOT better than a little toddler!
