Lose one pound a week, by trimming 500 calories from your daily diet. Try some of the following food and beverage swaps.
Breakfast:

Lose: bagel with cream cheese and coffee with cream and sugar.

Choose: toasted English Muffin with light cream cheese and coffee with skim milk or nonfat creamer.

Save 500 calories

Beverages:

Lose: 20-ounce soda, one cup orange juice, and second glass of wine

Choose: unlimited H2O, naturally flavored seltzer and unsweetened tea

Save 500 calories

Daily Lunch Sandwich:

Lose: sub roll, the mayo, high fat meats and cheese (bologna, salami, pastrami, etc.)

Choose: whole wheat bread, spicy mustard, lean turkey or ham, reduced fat cheese.

Save 500 calories

Snacks:

Lose: candy bar, chips and 20 oz soda

Choose: baby carrots, string cheese and an apple

Save 500 calories

Dinner:

Lose: Steak, fried potatoes, dinner roll, buttery

I could skip my Burger King breakfast and do that.

Ok so if you not concerned about safety and just want to lose it fast you can eat about 700 calories and the following day only drink warm green tea (no sugar) don't eat or drink anything else besides plain water I've lost more that five pounds within that day it's partially water weight. If you want to keep it off after the tea day just don't consume more calories than you need... Hope this helped stay safe don't over do it.

Common sense is a beautiful thing isn't it? I'm glad your diet worked out for you. I'm a vegetarian who's very strict about my diet. I go by allot of what you've said only without the meats and use meat substitutes in it's place.

That's what I have been doing and it doesn't work for me. I even cut portion sizes then went to a nutritionist who told me to eat more. There is never any right answer for losing weight that I have found.

You don't need to do that. Just stop eating anything except for water, veggies, and fruit while excersizing so hard each day until your feet fall off on the treadmill. It's possible to loose hundreds of pounds by following that simple example only it takes WILL POWER and lots of it.
