Girls mature at different rates, even among each other.
Late bloomers are late bloomers. There's no reason to feel bad about it. I know that sounds trite but by the time you are 21 you hardly ever care about it anymore. There's bigger things in life to focus on.
I know right now it seems like it's about fitting in, but trust me, you don't have to be in a hurry to start periods - you have them for a LONG time afterwards!

Your question reminded me of when I was young. I was very small and a late bloomer. When I was 18, I was very embarrassed that I could easily get into movies as under 12. But guess what, I grew up anyway, had 3 babies, and now I look like a grown up woman, but I'm still a li'l short! Don't be in a hurry. Life gets way too busy and too fast, so enjoy being young. When your body is ready, it will happen. God planned it that way, so ask Him for patience and let Him take care of everything.

If you are talking about your period normally a girl will start anywhere from age 11 (very young) to age 16. Every girl is different.

You really dont want your period =P
It doesnt hurt but its the absolute most annoying thing that can happen.
Just like the first awsner! Your time will come!
Now.. Enjoy being a kid while it lasts! Because you can NEVER go back. Sounds scary.. huh? =P

I'm not quite sure how much 4 and 7 stones is, but I have a friend who is 14 and she hasn't gotten hers yet. She weighs 70 pounds.

wow 4st i'm 10 and thats what i weigh well as soon as you hit puberty you will get breasts and all sorts im waiting for stuff like that to happen to me

Its fine. People grow at different rates. Trust me once your all grown up, you'd wish you could go back to being a kid without any worries.

four stone is 56 lbs.
You will get your period in time,it comes to us all eventually!
