There is a program that is called, Keylogger Killer at http://www.tooto.com The program is purchased download it and I will send you what is needed to register via A&Q message.

You will need SnoopFree Privacy Shield and CCleaner. First you will need to run Snoopfree to locate and delete the rouge file. After you delete the file you will be instructed to reboot your computer. After rebooting you will need to run an issues scan in CCleaner at least three times.

Most anti virus software can detect and remove them .
