I was a huge fan of the show but I don't remember any mention of the real names of the children,. They all went by nicknames or did they?

According to the link given below, Anissa Jones played Ava Elizabeth "Buffy" Patterson-Davis; Johnny Whitaker played Jonathan "Jody" Patterson-Davis, and Kathy Garver played Cissy Patterson-Davis. Apparently, the writer never came up with a name for her beyond her nickname; but then again, the show's main focus was on Bill Davis' relationship with the twins.

Buffy's real name was Ava Elizabeth, Jody's was Jonathan, and Cissy's was Catherine.
