hey guys .. i have really serious problem and i need ur help in it plzzzz .... one of my university's teacher had MacBook but some student stole it from her ! dunno how or why !
anyways .. she have all the serial numbers and certification & she has password on it ! so is there anyway to track that laptop? and get her files again !! plz it's very important .. i hope u can help me with that !

First and foremost she needs to file a police report and give them all the information she has.
If someone took her Mac, it was either to Sell it for money, or Use it for something they thought was better then what she was using it for. Regardless, they've committed a crime!
Mac's are fairly useful but unless you drop some additional $$'s down for Boot Camp from Apple, you won't be able to run any Windows based programs on it anyway.

How do you know that it was a student who stole her "MAC".??
She should report the theft to the police right away. There are ways to find stolen computers when used by others, unless they perform a clean re-install.
Did she have a tracking device in her pc??

Not unless there was already a tracking device or program on the laptop before it was stolen. Otherwise their out of luck.
