I want to be able to do keepy-uppies.

when i got tought it,i got told to focus on the ball,what ever is your preferd foot is practice keepy ups on that foot,try and keep the ball not to high in the air when u kick it up keep it close to Ur foot.then same again with the other foot then u can use both feet.takes time. Gd luck

Dont worry about it you dont need keepy upies to be a good footballer. Just keep practicing and it will come to you

2 things:

move your head up and down as the ball goes up and down - i know it sounds stupid but it works!

and keep your feet moving as the ball is in the air - you want to be thinking "lively feet!" again, sounds silly, but trust me it works. you can adjust more easily if you are on the move.

the world champ keeper upper is ronaldo's girlfriend apparantly (not the ronnie at Man U but the Brazilian). ronaldo could do keepie uppies on his teeth obviously, or his belly for that matter. having seen her i can see why she might be good at keeping things up! apologies for cheap and sexist joke.
