I'm not sure what your questions is...are you pregnant now and want to know if you can get pregnant while pregnant? Or have you had your baby and want to know if you can get pregnant right after? The answer to the first is no and to the second is yes.

If you want to know if it is possible to become pregnant while there is already another pregnancy...yes, but within a few days of fertilisation of the first ovum. It is a recorded fact that some persons may release two eggs simultaneously or within a short interval of each other before the hormonal milieu changes to prevent implantation.
If you want to know that having had your first baby, does the absence of cycles denote pregnancy - wll, lactation (breast-feeding) can stop monthly cycles which may be mistaken for pregnancy. However, pregnancy can still occur while brest feeding is on.

I have found that it is possible. I have one friend a couple yrs. back that was pregnant with fraternal twins. when she had her first ultrasound. the doctor decided that her twins were conceived 10-14 days apart. and throughout her pregnancy the boy was always developmentally about 2 weeks ahead of his sister.
Up until then i had never even heard of such a thing, but when she transferred to a high risk doctor. that doctor said the same thing. the only explanation that they could give was that my friend had ovulated at two different times and each egg was fertilized at different times.

if...and this is a big if. if you are already pregnant and still pregnant you cannot get pregnant again. because your ovaries at this time are not producing anymore eggs. when you are pregnant you do not ovulate. meaning you do not have periods, if you do not have periods you cannot get pregnant. you might want to take this question to your doctor to put your mind at rest.

No def. not. The sperm has already met the egg and the egg or ova has already been fertilized so it cannot be fertilized again. for this reason the menstural cycle stops for 9 months.
If you are thinking of twins, this happens when a single eggg splits into two seperate eggs. sometimes incomplete which turns out to be conjointed twins.

No, you can't. When you get pregnant (an egg is fertilized), your body stops releasing eggs (that is why you don't have a period anymore) and therefore you can't get pregnant again because your body doesn't start releasing eggs again until sometime after you give birth.

NO, but oddly enough, some animals can.... if a cat gets pregnant by one male and then goes with another male, it can have more babies from both..... :)
