That is actually a very good question. Most people refer to the wheel as a rim, use the terms to mean the same thing. On passenger cars and small trucks the rim and wheel are one piece.

Most modern cars and small trucks have a solid unbroken single piece wheel that will allow the use of a tubeless tire, so it would be at least 3 parts: the tire, the wheel and the valve stem, and however many weights they have to add to balance the wheel and tire so that it does not wobble and higher speeds.

But on large trucks and buses the rim is actually a separate piece, it is actually called a split rim because it is not a complete circle it has a split in it so that it can be spread apart to remove it when replacing the tire.

The true answer is: a wheel consists of a rim, a nave and a tyre. The rim being the round part, the nave being the "spokes" and holding the mounting holes and the tyre is self explanatary.
For the purposes of replacing a wheel because of damage or theft, you will buy the wheel assembly plus a tyre.

Most wheels are one part, to which the tyre is attached.
Car dealers / mechanics often refer to the wheel as a "rim"

Some very expensive alloy wheels consist of 3 parts - an inner rim, an outer rim and a centre disc, which are bolted together.

The jack many times suits decrease than the element in the back of the front wheel or in front of the back wheel. start to enhance the vehicle to hold the burden, and break unfastened the lug nuts. Then jack the vehicle up sufficient to enhance the wheel off the floor, end loosening the lug nuts and pull the wheel off. positioned the different wheel on and tighten the lug nuts, decrease the vehicle and end tightening the nuts. Out all of it away and pass.
