Sad that he's been out of office for the last 7 years, but is still allowed to run free. Since he no longer has presidential immunity, is there any chance he will be brought to justice for his RAPE of Monica Lewinsky? Myself and millions of other fair-minded Americans wish to know.

Liberals: Please don't say this was consensual, Lewinsky was practically a child when this occurred. Tripp knew she was taken advantage of and that's why she stepped forward.

Consensual oral sex is not rape.

Monica Lewinsky was not raped. They had adult consensual oral sex. You can not be charged with rape when #1: She consented to the act, and #2 She doesn't want to press charges because she was a willing participant. A better question might be "When will Bush be charged for any of the many more serious crimes he has committed since being in office?"

You must be getting desperate to come up with this garbage as a question. Don't you Cons have anything important to talk about? This is obviously a "bait" question, and even your "buddies" find it foolish and offensive.

And, Linda Tripp????? All she wanted was her 15 minutes of fame and a face lift. She got 'em, now she's gone. (BTW, if she had really been concerned for her "young" friend, she could have called Monica's family.)

And...there was nothing "fair-minded" about the pursuit of Clinton by the Repubs...the amount of money for that little tempest in a teapot could have fed those "lazy" welfare recipients that you guys are always complaining about, for a year! (And then you would have pitched a fit again!)

Bill Clinton was never charged with rape in the Lewinsky affair and her being young does not matter as she was above the age of consent. Statements like this just hurt the credibility of conservatives in general. I am a conservative and it makes me sick every time someone defends Clinton. This is because there is no question that the man committed the crime of perjury as well as a violation of the public trust, but accusing him of crimes he wasn't charged with only serves to cheapen what should be honest righteous indignation from all sides. It makes you look not only petty, but misinformed. If you want to talk rape allegations you would be better served to mention the Paula Jones affair. At least in that case there was an allegation to that effect.

I never voted for Clinton, nor will I ever vote for his pig of a wife. I disagree with a lot of things he did while in office, but I don't think consensual sex with a loser like Lewinsky is against the law, whether you happen to be the President or a private citizen, although I'm sure he committed crimes that have gone undiscovered.

If anything she could have tried for a sexual harassment suite against him but seeing how she didn't do it then she must not have had a leg to send on for that suite or else I think we would have heard about it. As for her almost being a child she was well above 21 years old when she did what she did so it was an act done between two consenting adult so no laws were broken. Nice try at going after Slick Willy but I believe he has slipped away and you just as well forget it just as those parties involved have.

Let's see, I believe she was 18 when the alleged "rape" occured. I don't believe she was thrown down or had her clothes torn off unless they decided to get kinky and do a little role playing. I believe the sex was consensual meaning that Clinton is guilty of nothing more than an extra marital affair. While morally wrong, it is hardly a criminal offense.

What planet/dimension are you from, dude? Clinton's ONLY offense was lying about "seckshal relations" with that woman.
She was an adult.
She gave him a BJ.
End of story.
I know the Neocons like to make a huge deal of this, but compared to the Constitutional offenses of Dubya Bush, Clinton was a lilywhite snow prince. At least his indiscretion didn't get anyone killed.

There was no rape. You, however, just committed defamation. Of course, since nobody pays attention to what you think, President Clintion has no damages and therefore will not bother with you, but you (like most Republicans these days) have been making stuff up for so long that you no longer can tell the difference between truth and lies.

He DID NOT RAPE that wretch! She brought her personal business to the public and I guess she got what she was looking for.
Further more she was old enough to know that she was messing with a married man & she knew what she was doing from start to finish!
Leave Bill Clinton alone.

Much as I don't like Clinton, especially since I am a bit jealous, what happened there was not rape. Monica did her share of stalking him, and she was past the age of majority.

Clinton did obstruct justice and for that he was impeached and his law license was stripped (but it wasn't like he was going to practice law again anyway). Much as I would have liked to see him serve time like Scooter Libby, I have to be satisfied with his impeachment, I guess.
