When did you become an Aunt or Uncle?

I would like to know when you became an Aunt or Uncle?
I became an Aunt when I was 5 years old and now I have a niece and 3 nephews all 7 and under from 3 older sisters.

First time I became an auntie I was nearly 23 years old 1985. Now I'm an auntie of 5 nephews and 5 nieces altogether. The last one was born Christmas Eve 20005.

am not an aunt yet, but my only sister is 34 so i think i will never have a nice or nephew, she doesnt even have a partner ! I have a friend whose nephew is 15 years older then him is kind of weird!

You and your cousin are both wrong! - You can only become an aunt or uncle if your brother or sister has a child. You are that child's aunt/uncle, and the child is your nephew/niece. - The child of your first cousin isn't your second cousin. S/he is your 'first cousin once removed' - s/he and your own child are each other's second cousins. Cousinship is always a two-way relationship: if someone is your first/second cousin, you are their first/second cousin, period.

i first became a aunty 12 years ago when i was 23 and again 11 years ago (i am sure you can work out my age then) all by my only sister who has 2 great lads.
