From my experience, if you stop and start birth control again and again it will make your period worse. And instead of having a regulated period, had you stuck with taken the pill every day, you will get spot bleeding all through the month. Not to mention that if you did have sex, you are not protected.

yeah u have to keep taking it to keep ur periods regular but if u find it a hassle to keep taking it then u can stop u might want to find out about the shot that u take every 3 months no pill everyday. and the only thing that will happen is ur periods go haywire again. until u get back on the pills

TAKE IT EVERY DAY! Not only will your periods not be regulated, if you are sexually active you can get pregnant.
You might want to talk to your doctor about other ways to regulate/stop your period. I was on Depo-provera for about 7 years and my periods were non-existant/ very light.

If you stop taking it your period will return. Get a shot done if you find it a pain to take a pill. The shot lasts 3 months. Ta da.

In order for the birth control to work, you have to keep on taking the pills daily. It will become easier to remember after a few months. I take it every morning when I brush my teeth. You could do that to remember. Yes, You need to take a Pill everyday for your period to become regular, and not to become pregnant.

you need to take the pills so you stay regular, one pill pack will not regulate your period, since your body needs to get used to it. it could take up to three pill packs to get regulated, but that doesn't mean you can get off the pills and automatically be regulated again.
