Neons are schooling fish and are suppose to keep them in a grop of a min of 3-6
Guggies, swordtails and neons are fine, but it looks like your pictus is not a good idea

The Pictus would eventually eat the guppies and tetra. Catfish like the Pictus tend to eat anything they can fit in thier mouths. All the other fish should get along fine as long as you feed them twice a day. I would suggest getting a seperate tank for the tetra and guppies or find a new home for the Pictus

i think the catfish would probably eat all the fish in you tank depending on the size of it and your other fish and another thing you never mentioned tank size
