how do i learn to french inhale and do other smoking tricks?

im 25 yrs old wht female & ive smoked since i was 14,i know its bad ,so spare me the tongue lashings,i have just recently been introduced to the smoking fetish

French inhale: Open your mouth but dont breath. Horizontally lengthen your lower jaw as if your trying to touch your friend standing in front of you with your chin. Try and cup your bottom lip like a lip you would find on a lemon aid pitcher. With the smoke in your mouth, inhale through your nose but not through your mouth. As you are inhaling, slowly close your mouth an use your tongue to push the smoke out.

Practice, practice, practice.

I flirted briefly with the whole smoking thing in college. It took awhile, but I finally was able to breathe smoke out of my nose without coughing. It took some practice sessions at the bar, though. That was about as ambitious as I got.
