Do You Ever Look At A Word & Think 'Eh, Thats Not Right'?

Like people - thats not right is it? shouldnt it be poeple? lol and train, and bungalow, actaully just all words (I'm scared!)

many times i think that doesnt seem right but i often know it is because im a excellent speller, if i do say so myself.
not so good at the other parts of language though like punctuation or grammar..

i think its just that some words are meant to be that way. no particular reason for it, they just are.

I do that a lot. Even words that I use all the time. It's like I "Really" for what ever reason, "Look" at the word, and the more I look at it, the more it doesn't look right.

YEAH!!! I do that all the time. It happens when you look at a word too long or say it too many times in your head. Some words are just weird...lol

Yes it happens to me. Sometimes I spell check just to make sure. And it turns out I had spelled it correctly. But still looking at it I think it wrong.

yeppers. there are some times that I'm writing that a word just does not look correct...then I have to look it up. most of the time my intuition is correct and it's not spelled correctly or it's not used correctly in the sentence.
