its 93 degrees, no rain or anything, its bright outside and I wanted to lay out at the pool. you think I could still tan?

yup, wear at least a 15 spf so you don't burn, you can still tan with sunscreen, it will make you darker without burning.

Just because the visible light is blocked the invisible components of light can still get through the clouds. You need to take extreme precautions even on cloudy days. Even though the clouds absorb some of the invisible light quite a bit can still get through.

Yes. And please be careful. The suns heat is partially blocked but not he UV radiation. The result is you can easily receive enough radiation to damage your skin but not feel it because of the lack of heat. Later when you go inside you will see how much radiation your skin has absorbed.

yeah. The UVA and UVB rays goes through clouds also
