They are not similar.

Mathematics is all about logical deduction and proof. You might love math but not in the human-human or erotic sense of love.

Love is a psycho-chemical effect that evolved to cause babies.

There are probably aspects of enjoyment that they share. But I couldn't characterize it as being the same.
