If you do not ovulate at all you cannot get pregnant; when you ovulate, a mature follicle in your ovary releases an egg, and pregnancy/conception occurs when a sperm fertilizes an egg. So, if there are no eggs, there cannot be conception.

That said, you can conceive even if you are not ovulating at the time you have sex. In fact, studies have shown that the best chances of conception occur from sexual activity that takes place in the several days leading up to ovulation, with the single best chance of conception being from sex that occurs one day before ovulation. In a fertile environment sperm can live for several days. By contrast, once released by a follicle, the egg lives for only a matter of hours. And it does take sperm a bit of time to reach its destination, in any event. So the "ideal" situation for conception to occur is to have the sperm already "in the ready," to catch the egg once its released.

Hope that helps.

Ovulation is the "passing of eggs". One must pass an egg in order to have an egg to fertilze. If there is no ovulation, there is no egg to fertilize, so no. One cannot get pregnant without ovulation.

If you do not ovulate, then you can't get pregnant. You can get pregnant a few days before or a few days after you ovulate. But if you don't ovulate at all then you won't be able to get pregnant.

Conception occurs when sperm fertalize an egg. If there is no egg to fertalize there is no chance of conception.
