I attempted suicide this past January. Things got to much for me. I am doing so much better now. I am 57 years old and no one thought I would do something like that. Anyway, my husband always brings it up when I do something dumb or act funny he always brings it up and tells me: "one more time and you will end up in a padded cell." That always makes me upset and sad.

Realizing how much the world is changing and the fact that we can't do anything about it, no matter how hard we try.
Especially in music, becuase all the bands that I like have changed so much, and its hard to keep up with all the changing styles thanks to MTV.

yea...my life changed dramatically 3years back..
and these days everything that remind me of how great
my loss was, makes me in an instant very very sad.
even if i watch an advert on tv....about family, or things
families does...makes me sad.
i am sad almost every moment of my life

on june 25 of every yr since 2000, that's when my grandpa passed away.
i'm always sad on that day.
