I wo nsomething in Cosmogirl website but the thing is that ...Was I suppose to recieve an email telling me when i was going to recieve it and since i won shoes, dont they ask me for the size or something? How do I find out when I will recieve it.

Look in the section of the magazine where it lists their location and copyright. See if they have an address or email address for contact, and then use that to ask. You will probably get a response in 2-5 days.
