Sometimes do you just want to say what's on your mind no matter what the consequences are?

I'm polite, nice, and courteous.
So whenever I need to tell someone something, no matter how good or bad, I always use my manners.
For example.
If I didn't like someones acting in a play, I would probably go up to them, and go, it was decent, but it could use this.... etc.
I would say whats on my mind as politely as possible, and maybe give them constructive criticism.
I would never just rage out on a person.

yes i always say whats on my mind. in school people used to pick me to ask all the dumb questions that everyone used to want to know but didnt have the guts to ask. so, i guess all my life ive been pretty outspoken.

at work i usually just say what i want, but i have the kind of job where that's what i need to do. if not, everyone will be walking all over me.

i wouldn't want to say anything to someone and hurt their feelings. so maybe i am too nice.
