All these allow me to attain different states of consciousness which is what actually gives me that undeniable HAPPY buzz
Realizing that i am content "as is" makes me soo happy also :)
I guess being HAPPY is what makes me most happy, if that makes sense lol...

Listening to my son play music and sing.
Watching my other son perform in theater.
One of the happiest moments I remember was driving back from visiting relatives - about a 1-1/2 hour drive. I was kind of half-dozing in the passenger seat and my husband and two teenaged kids were just talking about random things. Some really nice guitar music was playing softly on the radio.
I remember thinking, "This is how I want to die... just dozing and listening to my wonderful family talk with some soft music playing in the background."
Of course I don't want to die any time soon- but it was such a sublimely peaceful and perfect moment it would have all been worthwhile if that moment had been the wrap up of my life.

Just simply knowing that I am loved and have people who care about me(family) makes me happiest in life because I feel secure and safe..âº
