I do not think you are CAPABLE of wasting my time. My time is my own, and only I decide how I spend it (or waste it, as the case may be).
Having said that, I respect your desire to be considerate of others. Some questions DO get asked and answered a LOT here. But this is easy enough for you to discover - you have a search feature... it even comes up automatically when you type a question. If you truly want to know the answer, it probably wouldn't hurt to check out similar questions to whatever you're thinking of asking.
If, however, other questions fail to catch the nuance you were interested in, or past answers seemed insufficient, by all means ask again. But the more specific you are, the more specifically we can answer. So it goes.
Peace.

Ask questions you seriously want to know the answers to. Don't ask cheesey questions that are irrelevent or meant to get a laugh. Oh yeah, and elaborrate on questions. Don't ask "What's the meaning of life?" which is generic, or you'll just get "42" a generic answer.
