Is there even a neighbor's dog that has troubled you?
Just make stuff up.
Crap like.. it made messes in the kitchen after it ate, leaving you to clean it up. It chewed on your shoes. Wouldn't stop barking during the night. Took up the space on your bed and wouldn't get off. Scratched up the wooden floor. Left feces and pee all over the house. Slobbered all over the couch amongst other things. Shed its hair all over the place. Wouldn't cooperate when trying to give it a bath. Barked at everyone that visited your house. Etc, etc.

If you "urgently" need this essay, my best suggestion is to start writing it. Why on earth do you think someone else should do it for you. The only name for that is cheating and KUDOS to those who did NOT help you cheat.
This is not that difficult. If this is a true story, just jot down some things that happened and then write it up. If it's imaginary, and you have time, try watching a movie about a pain in the butt dog!
If you like, publish your finished product up here and we'll be happy to critique it for you. That would show you are trying, not cheating.

Is this an actual event? Does your neighbor have a dog that troubles you? If so, jot down the things the dog did that made you unhappy. If your neighbor doesn't have a dog and this is a fictional assignment, then let your imagination run wild.
