I've never heard Jesse James before, but I found "At Last" on his 1997 album - It Just Don't Feel the Same according to allmusic.com. They have a decent bio of Jesse James, but there weren't any reviews listed for any of his albums. As far as actually obtaining a copy of this recording, I can't really help you much.
