Now, this song is usually associated with the incomparable Ms. Etta James! But, Jesse James re-recorded it during this era. His rendition was marvelous and he did not really change the song at all! He kept the flavor balladeer-ish (if I may coin this phrase) and I loved it! I cannot find the rendition by him anywhere. I 've found mention of it but it is obscure and no elaboration at all. If anyone remembers/can find the music/and can answer...please, please "holla back!" Most people do not remember this rendtion at all. Jesse James is usually known as a writer/producer and hardly ever as a singer..but if you ever hear/heard him sing this song you will agree with me!
